The papers presented in this session will address several key themes related to the annual APHA conference theme as they related to home visiting programs and services. Specifically, these themes will focus on evidence-based best practices that demonstrate the integration of staff development in home visiting programs; strategies for enhancing interactions between home visiting staff and targeted program populations; innovative strategies for linking staff, families, and the community in home visiting programs; and practice guidelines for addressing the challenges of implementing and sustaining home visiting programs. | |||
