Strategies to sustain community-based public health (CBPH) partnerships beyond short-term project funding are central to carrying out CBPH successfully. In this session, community representatives and researchers will provide their insights on the value and obstacles to creating sustainable partnerships and to creating and implementing community-based public health projects. | |||
