The screening forms used is developed by each organization to collect data during their health promotion and/or health screening activities. The Office of Minority Health through the HELIX Group conducted an assessment of the screening instruments used by select National African American Organizations. During this session panelists will: (1.)Discuss community based health promotion and health screening activities in African American communities and instruments used to collect data. (2.) Provide an assessment of data collection instruments used by National African American organizations. | |||
