Using local, state and international examples, the panelists in this session will desribe programs designed to build capacity within the work force and the public. Strategies from social marketing combined with social change theory will be discussed, as well as a model for office-based provider education. Throughout the session, speakers will describe the implications of these programs for health communication, health promotion and health education practice. | |||
