You Heard What? Framing Health Messages To Reach The Public
Have you ever sent messages you thought conveyed exactly what you meant to convey only to realize you "missed the boat?" In this session three nationally known individuals who have been involved in the development of targeted message campaigns will will explain their successes and "failures," along with tips to help ensure what you have "transmitted" is "received" on the "same wave length."
Learning Objectives: The audience will be able to: 1. Explain the importance of audience driven messaging and strategies. 2. Define media literacy and use the five basic principles to analyze health related media messages.
