Performance improvement and quality require more than good intentions. Tools that have been used to improve performance and quality in Indonesia, Peru and the U.S. will be discussed; and tools intended for use in a wide variety of international settings will be reviewed. Participants will learn how these tools are used to ensure that programs and providers have accurate, useful information to evaluate needs and design successful interventions. | |||
