This session is the third in a five-part series on the challenges program leaders face in designing and implementing effective strategies for scaling up activities. This session will explore current and upcoming challenges in tuberculosis (TB) control and effective responses and strategies to meet these challenges. Panelists will discuss public sector strategies for financing and scaling-up DOTS programs, innovative roles of the private sector in TB control, as well as the global response to the intersecting epidemics of TB and HIV in resource poor settings. | |||
