Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) vehicles are agency specific, but also enable government agencies quick access to the services of technically and financially prequalified U.S. consulting firms. A Program Support Center (PSC) contract is a contract vehicle that can be used by any Government department/agency to procure services. Abt Associates' scope of services under PSC includes, but is not limited to, data analysis, program assessments, and performance measurement.
