Nevertheless, public health informatics is still an area where much confusion exists. This poster session highlights the circulating definitions of public health informatics and outlines the many categories of public health informatics used today. The poster session will also highlight the key issues in organizational, project, and business management in informatics projects. Public health informatics relative to telemedicine, imaging, consumer health, evidence-based medicine, biomedical computing and more, will be discussed.
