This course will discuss the components, training, and rational for the oral health workfoce models currently being developed in Alaska to address the disparities in the Alaska Native populations.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify the oral health disparities facing AI/AN programs in our system.
• Discuss current oral health workforce considerations in delivering services.
• Discuss the oral health workforce models being developed in the Alaska programs and how they address disparities and workforce issues.
