This series of posters will examine diverse issues related to refugee and immigrant health. Programs and health disparities discussed include: health promotion among Hispanic/Latino immigrants and African Americans, the health status of adolescents near Beirut, cervical cancer screening rates by country of origin, community-based programs for survivors of torture, care of diabetes and hypertension in Korean Americans and refugee participation in camp public health programs. | |||
