Learning Objectives: At the end of the session, participants will be able to (1) compare and contrast the array of quality improvement strategies currently used in contemporary health care and public health settings; identify key factors that affect the implementation and impact of quality improvement strategies; and develop recommendations for incorporating quality improvement strategies as routine components of health administration and public health.
