This session includes presentations on current student research. Topics include stress reduction interventions among mothers, caregiving strategies of teen mothers, use of interactivity in web-based drug and alcohol course, and human papillomavirus vaccine acceptability. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participant (learner) will be able to: 1. Apply data from a rapid elicitation survey to public health intervention design.; 2. Identify strategies used by young mothers to ensure adequate child care while confronting the challenges of adolescent development.; 3. Identify the common barriers to delivering classroom-based drug prevention curricula via distance learning.; and 4. Identify three correlates of human papillomavirus vaccine acceptability among college students. | |||
