The Internet offers a unique opportunity to reach out to at-risk populations, especially those groups that are using the Web to look for sexual partners. This session will present information on evaluating the efficacy of Internet-based interventions for HIV prevention. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participant (learner) in this session will be able to: 1. Analyze the use of the Internet for recruiting participants and conducting HIV prevention interventions. 2. Evaluate the efficacy of 3 Internet-based strategies for HIV prevention. | |||
