Accessible and widespread HIV counseling and testing are among our most important public health tools for reducing the spread of HIV. Testing and counseling occurs in many settings, such as hospitals, STD clinics, and primary care visits, among others. Each setting has its own issues and concerns. This poster session will provide insight into the current strategies, successes, and concerns of counseling and testing at various sites. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participant (learner) in this session will be able to: 1. Recognize the various sites in which HIV counseling and testing may occur. 2.
