Communities Working Together to Improve Health
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participant (learner) in this session will be able to: 1. Identify critical methods involved in conducting a community-based, participatory health assessment. 2. Recognize key challenges related to conducting community-based, participatory health assessments focused on adolescent populations. 3. Identify the primary evaluation challenges for non-research community collaborative public health projects.
