This sessions will identify the factors associaated with children not having a medical home; four components of a medical home for low-income, culturally diverse, uninsured children and the benefits of using well trianed paraprofessional home visitors in American Indian health systems.
Learning Objectives: Participants will identify: 1) factors associaated with children not having a medical home; 2)four components of a medical home for low-income, culturally diverse, uninsured children and 3)the benefits of using well trianed paraprofessional home visitors in American Indian health systems.
