Children with Special Health Care Needs -Poster
Posters presented in this session will highlight systems of care for children with special health care needs. They will illustrate strategies that enhance indentifcation, assessment and treatment of children and coordination of care for children and families. A wide range of topics will be covered, each reflecting on one aspect of systems of care.
Learning Objectives: Highlight systems issues related to timely identification, assessment and care of children's special health needs; Demonstrate importance of public health and clinical care in serving children and youth with special health care needs; Identify practices that promote integration and coordination of care for chldren and youth with special health care needs.
