Global Health, the new stage in the international health work, is currently gaining extensive focus and attraction. In the general era of globalization, public health and health systems' reforms are crossing national borders due to the natural integration, coordination and cooperation among countries and agencies in the health field. Public health professionals, whether entering the work force or are senior specialists, who are eager to join this global field may wonder about building a caereer, how to get prepared and what are the opportunities. This session is designed to present an overview about global health careers, explaining the new directions, opportunities and presenting key practical recommendations from experts and representatives of potential employers in the field. The session is structured in a panel format, presenting the following: - "Self prepration and Job hunting for a Global Health Career"; Samir N. Banoob M.D Ph.D; Professor & intenational Health Consultant - " Projects, activities and employment at The US Agency for International Development"; TBA - "Global Health activities and work with Multilateral Development Banks" A.
