Interesting Technology in Four Areas of Public Health
Session covers a variety of technologies including a community child health record, automated data sheets, an interactive voice response method for asking sensitive questions in national surveys such as the 2005 National Alcohol Survey, a Web-based system for prospective collecting of perinatal data, and an examination of changes in New Hampshire's Innovative Syndromic Tracking Encounter Management System (STEMS). Individual speakers will speak to the importance of their technology.
