Weaving Culture into Nutrition Research and Programs
The purpose of this session is to highlight new work that emphasizes either cultural resilience or cultural barriers related to health. A number of different cultural groups in the US will be considered in the presentations.
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to identify at least 1 cultural factor that affects the diverse populations of the US
