Advances in Health Workforce Research
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Assess the strengths and limitations of research used to evaluate the capacity and competency of the health workforce; (2) Evaluate the strength and nature of evidence about the effectiveness of strategies for improving the health workforce; and (3) Develop recommendations for decision-makers in health policy and administration based on findings from health workforce research.
