Workforce Issues in the Health System
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Assess the strengths and limitations of alternative strategies for evaluating the capacity and competency of the health workforce; (2) Compare alternative strategies for improving workforce capacity and competency; and (3) Develop recommendations for decision-makers in health policy and administration based on findings from health workforce research.
