Submit Abstract |

The Peace Caucus invites all APHA members to submit abstracts for presentations and sessions on a broad range of topics relating to peace and justice, health and human rights. Sessions will be developed from the submissions. We seek oral presentations only; we are not allocated any poster session time slots. Current topics of special interest include the physical and mental health impacts of the war in Iraq on civilian and military personnel and their families, and the impact of homeland security measures on civil liberties and human rights. We encourage co-sponsorship and participation in planning of these sessions by other sections, SPIGs, and caucuses, as well as by new professionals and students.
