The APICHA Primary Care Clinic opened its doors in 2003 the newest program of the Asian & Pacific Islander Coalition on HIV/AIDS--a community-based organization with a mission to provide services to underserved Asian and Pacific Islanders in the New York City area living with HIV/AIDS. From 7 patients in 2003, the APICHA HIV Primary Care Clinic now provides HIV primary care to over 80 active patients, free HIV and syphilis testing to over 1200 clients per year, and affordable STD screening and treatment services to its community. This presentation will focus on the APICHA Primary Care Clinic from its beginnings to its future, dynamic expansion plan for outreach and service delivery inspired by a community mapping project supported by the New York City Communities of Color HIV/AIDS Coalition.

Learning Objectives:
1. Assess gaps between a target population's knowledge of HIV and STDs and behaviors to prevent their spread 2. Identify strategies for recruitment of clients into HIV testing and HIV Primary Care
