The National Association of County and City Health Officials is actively involved in work at the intersection of public health and environmental health. To this end, NACCHo is a perfect representative to assist in the development and enhancement of relationships both between local agencies and federalk agencies and among federal agencies who focus on these public health issues. In this session we will describe the benefit opf these relationships and describe innovative tactics to support, enhance and develop these relationships within the public health community.

Learning Objectives:
Discuss the work of the National Association of County and City Health officials in supporting and building bridges between and among local health departments and federal agencies. Describe effective strategies for enhancing and growing partner relationships within their community.
