The purpose of this presentation is to explore strategies for developing a public health leadership program that prepares emerging public health leaders for emergencies and other public health events. This section will also reveal external and internal marketing techniques including "branding" to attract the target audience and later help build loyalty to the program.

Learning Objectives:
Identify at least two principle components of a didactic leadership program and the challenges. List at least one method of marketing a leadership program to increase impact and assure continued success.
