The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the evaluation component of a state-based leadership program. The presentation will discuss what evaluation is, why it is necessary to evaluate, give an example of an evaluation framework, and show the results of an established leadership program.

List at least one reason why evaluation is important. Demonstrate an evaluation framework and a component of evaluation.
