Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this session participants will be able to 1) Translate the basics of Future Search, including its four underlying principles into their daily MCH programming. 2) Document specific outcomes of Future Search in promoting humane systems of care in MCH and public health; discovering common ground; strengthening collaboration among providers, families, youth, and other stakeholders; and honoring cultural and linguistic diversity. 3) Engage participants in a small and large group experience of what happens at a Future Search Conference, as well as at any meeting that applies the four principles. 4) Explore potential applications for participants in their home communities or organizations. 5) Identify potential partnerships with governmental agencies
