The purpose of this presentation is to describe how to develop robust and comprehensive case studies that provide a framework for exploring complex leadership situations during public health emergencies. The presentation will impart components of successful cases for a state-based public health leadership training program that reflect salient issues confronting the state's public health community.

Learning Objectives:
Plan (outline) at least two components of a successful case study that encourages participants to function in their highest level.
