This presentation will provide an overview of the public health labor market and highlight strategies used in nursing as well as the 2003 Institute of Medicine report, The Future of the Public's Health in the 21st Century, to best address current and future workforce challenges that may impede our nation's ability to adequately protect and improve the health of all Americans.
