Biographical Sketch: Kurt Johnson has his Ph.D. in rehabilitation psychology and is a professor in the Dept. of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. He is co-principal investigator on the NIH PROMIS project, U. W. Center for Outcomes Research in Rehabilitation.
