Biographical Sketch: Larry Finer is the director of domestic research at the Guttmacher Institute in New York. He supervises Guttmacher’s research portfolio of U.S.-focused projects on pregnancy and abortion, contraceptive use patterns, family planning services, and adolescent reproductive health. He also serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Population and Family Health at the Columbia School of Public Health.
