Biographical Sketch: Nicole Smith has been doing health-related research for the northwest American Indian tribes for eight years. Currently, she works at Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board in a childhood overweight prevention study and the Native Children Always Ride Safe project, which she will be speaking about today.
