Biographical Sketch: Dr. Beard is the Strategic Research Coordinator at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. She currently leads the Office of Affordable Housing Research conducting research related to housing for low-moderate income households including the role of supportive services in subsidized and affordable housing, the association between housing and health-related outcomes, and homelessness.
