Biographical Sketch: Dr. Elspeth Slayter is a behavioral health and child welfare services researcher with a focus on populations of immigrants and people with disabilities. She is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at the Graduate School of Social Work at Salem State University in Massachusetts.
