Biographical Sketch: Sarah Kelly, RN, PhD is an Assistant Professor at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She completed her Doctorate at the University of Kentucky, College of Nursing in December 2008 (Chair, Debra Anderson). Her research focus has been adolescent exposure to gangs and gang violence. She continues to conduct research and publish in this area.
