Biographical Sketch: Lisa LeRoy, PhD, MBA, Senior Associate/Scientist, has over 25 years of experience in the health care field as a manager, consultant, and researcher. She has been a researcher in the Public Health practice at Abt Associates for seven years, where she also leads the qualitative analytics group.
Dr LeRoy is the Project Director of the Interconception Care Learning Collaborative of 102 federal Healthy Start Grantees – a project funded by the Maternal Child Health Branch of HRSA. Dr. LeRoy received her MBA in Health Care from Boston University and her PhD in Social Policy from the Heller Graduate School of Brandeis University.
