Biographical Sketch: Tricia Todd, MPH is an instructor in the School of Public Health, Where she is Director of the North Central Public Health Leadership Institute. She is also Assistant Director of the Health Careers Center at the University of Minnesota. Tricia spent four years as a consultant in the late 90's, and gained a great deal of insight as to the pro's and con's of consulting. Today, she hires many consultants to assist in the NCPHLI.
