Biographical Sketch: Dr. Cordon Cruz has more than twenty years working in international public health. He has been managing health and development projects in Central America, Central Asia and Southern Africa. Has been involved in the design and implementation of performance management methodologies in public and private settings working with multidsciplinary teams of different ethnic and religious backgrounds.
