Biographical Sketch: Bethany Hall-Long, RN, PhD, FAAN, is a University of Delaware Professor of Nursing and Research Scientist for the Urban Affairs and Public Policy Program. She is a DE State Senator (2008 - Present) and served as as DE State Representative (2002- 2008). Dr. Hall-Long is the PI for the DE site of the NIH funded National Children's Study. She has overseen multiple serevice-resreach programs in public health and is active in a myriad of professional and public associations.
