Biographical Sketch: Susan Spencer, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, is a consultant who works with both the Department of Behavioral Health and the AIDS Activities Co-ordinating Office for the City of Philadelphia. Much of the work she has done has involved program development and design crossing systems. In addition to this work, she has a contract with the Office on Women's Health to integrate HIV risk reduction into services for survivors of domestic violence.
