Biographical Sketch: Jessica Waggett, is a Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health in Cambridge Massachusetts. Her areas of expertise include facilitation of participatory evaluation and community based research. Jessica’s research and evaluation experience has focused on a number of areas including substance abuse prevention, community coalitions, HIV/AIDS, and teen pregnancy prevention. Her evaluation approach makes use of both qualitative and quantitative methods and involves stakeholders as integral, active partners in the process.
