Biographical Sketch: I have a PhD in Demography and have been working on the IHIS project for the past 7 years, focusing on data harmonization, documentation, user support, and outreach. I have 10 years' experience working on NIH- and NSF-supported data harmonization projects at the Minnesota Population Center, including creating an integrated version of the U.S. March Current Population Survey and contributing to the creation of integrated samples of U.S. and international censuses and the American Community Survey.
