Biographical Sketch: Dennis L. Kodner, PhD is Director of the New York Institute of Technology's Center for Gerontology & Geriatrics and Professor of Medicine & Gerontology at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of NYIT. Dr. Kodner is also Adjunct Professor of Medicine in the Divsion of Geriatric Medicine at the McGill University Faculty of Medicine, Montreal, Canada. An expert in long term care policy and service delivery, integrated care for the elderly and other populations with complex, chronic, disabling, and medically fragile conditions, chronic care management, eldercare innvovation,and comparative long term care systems, Dr. Kodner is on the board of the International Network on Integrated Care and a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Integrated care.
