During this session, the audience will hear from 3 different speakers with expertise in grassroots organizing: a pollster, a blogger, and an on the ground organizer in support of public health initiatives at the state level. Each will offer their perspective on what works do engage the public, the media, candidates and partners in support of public health particularly during an election year.
Session Objectives: To inform public health professionals on how to do effective grassroots organizing in support of public health campaigns.
