CHW SPIG would like to offer an extra poster session on Sundday which would describe innovative projects that are using Community Health Workers. Demonstrating the project, outcomes and differences the project is making.
Session Objectives: Poster session to showcase innovative models using CHWs. 1. Discuss how the model is innovative. 2. Demonstrate through a poster format the project, outcomes and involvement of CHWs. 3. Demonstrate the innovation through pictures or demonstrations.
