The purpose of the overview is to provide important information on the basic structure of the MEPS survey. This overview will also provide information on different ways MEPS data can be used to answer health care research questions.

Learning Objectives:
The participants will be able to discuss the basic structure and information included in the MEPS survey. They will also be able to identify the strengths and limitations of using MEPS data files.
