Healthy Kids Program highlights the benefits and national model program for others states to consider in providing healthcare coverage for children who families do not qualify for Federal Programs. This presentation will review the implementations and challenges to provide healthcare and what has been the benefits to children.

Identify the location Children Health Initiative (Healthy Kids) programs in California counties. Identifying new Healthy Kids sites in California. Need for Private and Public Partnerships. Role of Private and Public Foundations.
