Diversity in employment intersects with but is not mutually congruent with equal access to services considerations. Recruitment and retention is a continually evolving focus affected by macro events for which we fashion micro answers.

Learning Objectives:
Explain the difference between diversity goals versus service access goals. Describe at least two factors that contribute to recruiting a diverse workforce (or retaining it). Describe at least two factors that contribute to recruiting a service access appropriate workforce (or retaining it).
